What is meant by CANSTAT ?

The school where William studied upholds the standards of the Canadian Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, CANSTAT. William is an insured member and adheres to their code of ethics.

William is a graduate of the Toronto School of the Alexander Technique, class of 2005. This is a three year program, comprising more than 1,600 hours of practical training.

What is the Alexander technique (AT)?

Those who practice AT are learning how to learn. Lessons combined with practice (not as hard as it sounds) reorganize your brain in such a way that you begin to be able to learn without effort. These are skills which you can apply to any activity, be it cerebral, artistic or athletic.
